Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

At The Longevity Coach, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our programs. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund of your program fees if:

  • For the 6-week program: you attended a minimum of 5 out of the 6 scheduled semi-private personal training sessions;

  • For the 2-week program: you attended all scheduled semi-private personal training sessions (100% attendance);

  • You followed the advice and program provided by your coach; and

  • You are not satisfied with your experience or progress and can explain why.

2. Timeframe
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of completing the program or your final session within that 6-week period.

3. What’s Not Covered
Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You missed more than 1 of the 6 scheduled semi-private personal training sessions in the 6-week program;

  • You enrolled in a 2-week program and did not attend all scheduled semi-private sessions;

  • You did not follow key parts of your program (e.g. ignored prescribed cardio or nutrition guidance);

  • You are requesting a refund due to change of mind, personal issues, travel, or other reasons not related to our service;

  • You are requesting a refund for prepaid sessions or packages outside the initial 6-week or 2-week program, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

4. How to Claim
To request a refund, please email hello@thelongevitycoach.com.au with:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • The name of your coach

  • A brief explanation of your experience and why you are requesting a refund

We will respond within 7 business days and may request a short exit conversation to help us improve.

5. ACL Rights Remain Intact
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to a refund or remedy if services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or otherwise breach consumer guarantees.
