PERFORMANCE COACH
Andrew Conolly is not your average fitness coach. He built The Longevity Coach to challenge everything the modern fitness industry gets wrong. A former elite rower with degrees in Psychology and Sociology, Andrew has spent two decades studying how people think, move, and age, and why most programs fail to deliver results that last.
Before founding TLC, he spent 15 years shaping Australia’s best coaches as National Group Fitness Master Trainer at Fitness First and worked with world-class athletes as a conditioning coach for the Australian America’s Cup Sailing Team. Those experiences taught him that true performance is not about intensity, it is about sustainability.
Today, Andrew helps adults in their 40s, 50s, and beyond build strength, energy, and confidence that lasts a lifetime. His approach blends science, empathy, and precision, helping people add more good years to their lives.
Andrew believes health is not a game you win, the goal is to keep playing for as long as possible.
James Taylor brings quiet strength and genuine care to The Longevity Coach. A former British Army soldier, he combines structure and discipline with an uncommon level of empathy. Known for his calm presence and thoughtful approach, James creates an environment where clients feel supported yet challenged to grow. He believes progress comes from consistency, not intensity, and that the best results are built on trust.
After leaving the military, James turned his focus to helping others develop the same balance of resilience and composure that guided him through endurance events including two Ironman triathlons, an ultra-distance race, and multiple marathons. His coaching style reflects who he is: kind, loyal, stoic, and deeply invested in his clients’ success.
James believes strength is quiet, steady, and earned through showing up each day with purpose and patience.
Mathew Scott knows what it means to push too hard. In his twenties, he was thriving in the fast world of advertising until his body gave out. The pressure, the hours, the pace. It all caught up with him. Doctors offered pills, but not answers. So he decided to find his own. What he discovered was not in a clinic but in nature. Strength, movement, recovery, and the deliberate use of challenge. The simple principles that modern life has forgotten.
That experience changed everything. Mat rebuilt his health from the ground up and dedicated his life to helping others do the same. He went on to found Wise & Prime in the UK, a company devoted to helping people restore their energy and resilience through practical, natural, and evidence-based methods. After leading the business to become the best-rated Personal Training Studio in Brighton, Mat moved to Sydney to bring his holistic philosophy to The Longevity Coach.
Mat believes real fitness is not about chasing trends or numbers. It is about building strength, energy, and independence that lasts a lifetime.
